Amar Salvi is a seasoned HR leader with over 30 years of experience spanning all facets of human resources, with a specialization in Talent Acquisition. As the Global Head of HR at Anunta Technology Management Services, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving talent initiatives across geographies.

Prior to joining Anunta in 2021, Amar held key HR leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Wipro and Firstsource, where he gained extensive experience in global talent acquisition and workforce management.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore (EGMP 2008 batch), Amar is deeply committed to continuous learning and professional development. He holds multiple certifications, including: Certified Predictive Index Analyst, Certified Life Coach, Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor in Mind Mapping, and Certified Level 2 OKR Practitioner.

During the pandemic, he launched “Reclaiming Your Destiny,” a series of free workshops designed to help individuals navigate career challenges and regain control of their professional journeys.
